Proudly announcing our new capability to manufacture gears (internally & externally) up to 8 meters to the highest AGMA qualities available. We are now one of very few companies in the world capable of producing and verifying gears of this size.

Our new hobber/gasher will give us unprecedented speed and efficiency on gears up to 315″ in diameter. We are also now able to verify and inspect lead, pitch and profile on gears up to 8 meters.

The Hofler HF 8000 is built extremely solid and stable providing the utmost precision. The machine bed is the strongest, most stable and resistant one in its class, optimally absorbing the enormous forces it is exposed to from all directions. It is especially suited for large gearing used in the aggregate, mining and wind power industries.
