HMC Gears is able to manufacture helical gears up to 8 meters (315”) in diameter. We can manufacture helical gears and pinions up to an AGMA quality 15. Please review our AGMA quality page to understand the importance of making sure your gears and pinions maintain a high AGMA quality.

The helical gears and pinions provided by HMC are made with some of the strongest material that is able to be located in the United States. With our in-house capabilities, HMC can offer new manufacturing, reverse engineering of your current helical gears and pinions, or reconditioning/refurbishment of your current helical gears and pinions.
