HMC Gear’s modern vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers and horizontal lathes enable us to turn, contour, face, spot face, mill, drill, or produce close tolerance holes, on any configuration, with repetitive quality and maximum efficiency. We are able to maintain the tightest tolerances on parts even when they exceed 20’ in diameter.
HMC’s machining capabilities allow us to complete products very few in North American are capable of. Our capabilities allow us to turn 8 meters diameter and up to 5 meters in height (315” diameter, 197” height). We are also able to mill the following dimensions: 8 meters by 7 meters by 5 meters (315” x 276” x 197”).”
